Please contact our support within 7 days of delivery with clear photo or video evidence of the issue.

This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidental drops, or use of liquids other than water.

Hydrovia reserves the right to determine eligibility for replacement after reviewing the claim.
